Getting In
Uiwang is served by Seoul Subway Line 1 at Uiwang Station, providing direct connections to Seoul and neighboring cities. Uiwang is compact with most districts connected by local buses. The main transfer points are at Uiwang Station and around Uiwang City Hall in Gocheon-dong. When To Go
Uiwang has a humid continental climate with four distinct seasons. Summers (June-August) are hot and humid with monsoon rainfall in July. Winters (December-February) are cold and dry with occasional snowfall. Cherry blossoms appear in early April around Baegun Lake, while autumn foliage peaks from late October to early November. Spring and autumn offer the most pleasant weather for outdoor activities.
