Overview
Uchiko is a small town in Ehime Prefecture that preserves one of Japan's most distinctive historic districts. The Yokaichi Gokoku Historic District is unique for its rows of yellow-colored buildings made of white plaster and yellow earth, a sight rarely found elsewhere in Japan.
