Overview
Quiroga is a market town where vendors and craftsmen from the many small villages and islands of Lake Patzcuaro bring their wares to sell. The town is larger than most lake villages yet often overlooked by mainstream travelers, making it a good place to see "real Mexico" without tourist crowds.
