Overview
Kami is a small city in Kochi Prefecture offering access to one of Japan's top three caves, Ryugado Cave, along with seasonal cherry blossom viewing at Kagamino Park, one of the prefecture's most popular hanami spots. The city also features museums related to local artist Yoshii Isamu and the children's character Anpanman, whose creator hails from Kochi.
