Overview
Cayo Largo is a flat coral island in the Caribbean Sea off Cuba's southwestern coast, part of the Canarreos Archipelago. The island is almost entirely devoted to resort tourism, offering 25 km of white-sand beaches, particularly Playa Serena.

Food
All-inclusive resort dining dominates; lobster and fresh seafood are local specialties. Independent restaurants outside resorts are rare, limited to the marina area.
Money
Cuba uses the Cuban Peso (CUP) and Convertible Peso (CUC). Tourist services typically accept EUR, CAD, and sometimes USD. Credit card acceptance is restricted outside major resorts.
Transport
Vilo Acuña Airport (CYO) handles flights from Havana, Varadero, Montreal, Toronto, Milan, and Rome. Jeep rentals are the primary independent transport option on the island.
