Overview
Cavtat is a peaceful coastal town on the Dubrovnik Riviera that offers a quieter alternative to nearby Dubrovnik. Founded by Greeks in the 4th century BCE as Epidauros, the town has a rich history reflected in its name derived from Civitas Vetus (Old City).
