Overview

Bory Tucholskie National Park protects a sprawling 3,200 km² coniferous forest in southern Pomerania, one of the largest such woodlands in Poland. The park offers ancient stone circles at Węsiory, the winding Brda River valley called Piekiełko, and a unique aqueduct at Fojutow where two watercourses cross at different levels.

Money

Park uses Polish złoty (PLN). Day ticket is 6 zł; seven-day ticket is 30 zł. Half-price for students, pensioners, disabled, and military.

Packing

Stay on marked paths; bring cycling gear for the 87 km of trails. No vehicle access inside the park boundary.

Transport

Access via Gdańsk, Bydgoszcz, Poznań, or Szczecin. Inside park: foot or bike only on marked trails. Car roads only on park edges.
