Overview

Bjelovar is one of Croatia's youngest cities, officially founded in 1756, yet built on centuries of history with Neolithic settlements dating to 5,000 BC. The planned Baroque layout with its orderly street grid makes navigation straightforward, while the beautiful central park and elegant architecture offer a slower pace than coastal destinations.
