Safety

Transport
Fly to Rio Gallegos (RGL) from Buenos Aires, then drive 210 km south via RN-3 highway. A 4WD vehicle is recommended for gravel park roads.

Cold, semi-arid climate with mean temperature of 6.8°C. Winters drop below 0°C with snowfall. Best visited December-February.
