Connectivity
Taiwan has excellent mobile coverage with multiple providers. SIM cards are readily available at convenience stores and airports.
Language
Mandarin Chinese is the primary language. Street signs include Romanization, but English is limited outside major tourist areas.

Taiwan uses New Taiwan Dollar (TWD). ATMs and credit cards are widely accepted in hotels and restaurants.
Transport
Luodong has a TRA train station and transfer station for buses. Free city buses run every 30 minutes. National Freeway 5 provides car access.
