Overview
Linfen serves as a gateway to one of China's most dramatic natural wonders—the Hukou Waterfall, the largest waterfall on the Yellow River and the second largest in the country. Beyond the waterfall, the region preserves ancient Buddhist temples dating to the Eastern Han Dynasty, including Guangsheng Temple with China's largest glazed pagoda, and Yao Temple dedicated to the legendary Emperor Yao.
