Before you go
Accommodation
Camping is the only accommodation option within the park. Book water sports and fishing tickets in advance as numbers are limited. Drawnik offers closest amenities.
Connectivity
Mobile coverage is absent in most of the park, including at multiple camp sites. Share your itinerary with rental operators and arrange pickup plans in advance.
Money
Poland uses the złoty (PLN). Park entry is free; water sports cost 8-10 zł/day depending on season, fishing permits 8 zł/day. Cash preferred for park tickets and camping.
Packing
Bring waterproof gear and sacks due to humid forest conditions. Carry all water, food, and supplies—only two small shops exist near the park and camping spots have no tap water.
Safety
Whitewater sections on the Drawa river can be dangerous. A thief has been reported at Sitnica camp site. Closest police station is 20 km away in Dobiegniew.
Transport
No public transport operates within the park. Canoe and kayak are the primary transport for exploring the Drawa river. Vehicle access is limited to park boundaries.
