Overview
Chałupy is a small village and seaside resort on the Hel Peninsula in Pomeranian Voivodship, Poland. The main draws are the wide, clean Baltic-side beach with soft sand and the pine-wood forests growing in the sand dunes just outside town.

Campgrounds dominate along the bay side; Hotel 77 offers the only non-camping hotel option. Summer weekends fill quickly—book ahead for holiday periods.
Activities
Windsurfing and kitesurfing are popular and inexpensive. Sightseeing flights depart from nearby Władysławowo or Jastarnia airports.
Money
Poland uses the Polish złoty (PLN). ATMs are available in town; campgrounds and most cafes are cash-based.
Transport
Chałupy railway station connects to Gdańsk and Gdynia (1.5-2 hr). The village is walkable; bike rental is the best way to explore dunes and coastal paths.
Weather
Best visited June-August for beach weather. Water is cold even in summer (16-19°C). The peninsula is exposed and can be windy—good for water sports, less comfortable for sunbathing on breezy days.
