Overview
Bușteni is the main entry point to the Bucegi Mountains, a high and scenic Carpathian range with rocky plateaus, alpine trails, and the famous Babele and Sphinx rock formations. Hikers, climbers, and weekend warriors come for the mountain access rather than the town itself.
