Overview
Azuga is a small Romanian mountain resort town in the Prahova Valley, flanked by the Bucegi and Baiului ranges. Unlike neighboring resort towns, Azuga developed as an industrial center and retains an unusual patchwork of abandoned factories, Soviet-style apartment blocks, and quaint alpine guesthouses.
