Overview
Xidang is a small city in the Mekong river valley at 2,300m altitude in Northwestern Yunnan. As nearby Feilaisi becomes increasingly touristy, Xidang offers a quieter alternative for trekkers heading to Yubeng.

Transport
Daily local bus at 15:00 from Deqin to Xidang (¥15) with return at 08:00. Minivans available for ¥150 from Deqin.
