Overview
Terra Nova National Park is Canada's most easterly national park, established in 1957 to protect the Eastern Island Boreal Forest natural region. The park covers 399 km² (154 sq mi) of diverse terrain including sheltered Atlantic fjords, boreal landscape, and coastal areas along Bonavista Bay.
