Overview
Sisaket is a quiet provincial capital in Isaan that serves as the gateway to Preah Vihear Temple, the cliff-top Khmer sanctuary straddling the Thai-Cambodian border. The province holds some of Thailand's most significant Khmer Empire ruins, including Sra Kampaeng Yai, the largest and most complete complex in the area.
