Overview
Shurdhah Island is the largest island in Lake Vau i Dejës, a reservoir on the Drin River in northeastern Albania. The island is mainly forested and home to the ruins of a medieval church said to have had 365 altars—one for every day of the year.

Transport
Boats depart from Rragam or Vau i Dejës dam; minibuses from Shkoder run dawn to dusk. Organized tours cost 700 leke round trip.

Best visited in summer when boats operate; access is unreliable the rest of the year.
