Overview
Naoussa is a compact city of 21,000 people renowned for its award-winning xinomavro red wine, which holds OPAP designation of origin status. The city amphitheatre-style at the eastern foot of Mount Vermio offers mountain scenery, ski resorts (Seli and Pigadia Snow Center), and fruit orchards producing the famous Naoussa jam brand.
