Overview
Murchison Falls National Park is Uganda's largest national park at approximately 3,840 km², where the River Nile passes through. The park offers a dramatic contrast to the crowded parks of Kenya and Tanzania—wildlife encounters here are more intimate, with lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, Rothschild's Giraffe, and hippos visible from launch cruises and game drives.
