Overview
Mocorito is one of Mexico's official Pueblos Mágicos, a small colonial-era town in Sinaloa with a rich artistic and literary heritage. The town of about 5,400 residents is famous as the birthplace of Los Tigres del Norte, Mexico's most successful norteño band, and artist Ernesto Rios, a regional muralist.
