Overview
Mantenga Nature Reserve is the top cultural attraction in Eswatini's Ezulwini Valley. The star draw is the replica 19th-century Swazi village where you can tour traditional beehive thatch dwellings and watch the energetic Sibhaca dance performed twice daily.

Before you go
Safety
Vervet monkeys are common throughout the reserve and will approach visitors for food. Do not feed them or leave food unattended. Keep belongings secure as monkeys may grab items.
Transport
The reserve is a 20-minute drive from Mbabane. From Mbabane, take the MR103 south through the Ezulwini Valley. Public transport options are limited; a taxi or rental car is recommended.
