Overview
Mandaue is the least glamorous and least touristed of the three cities in Metro Cebu, yet it has nearly 365,000 residents and all the services of a medium-sized city. It serves primarily as a transit hub connecting Cebu City and Lapu-Lapu (where the airport is located), with lower housing costs attracting some resident foreigners.
