Overview

Lyndhurst is a tiny outback town at the crossroads of the Strzelecki Track, Outback Highway, and Oodnadatta Track. With a population of only 70, it is a ghost of its former self — founded in the mid-1800s when springs were discovered, it boomed as a railway hub for cattle being transported to Adelaide.
