Overview
Los Cardones National Park protects 65,000 hectares of arid Andean mountains in northwestern Argentina's Andean Northwest region. The park is famous for its photogenic cardon grande cactus, also called the Argentinian saguaro, which grows throughout the semi-desert landscape.
