Accommodation
Nang Yuan Dive Resort is the only option. Book well in advance for budget rooms, especially during peak season.
Food
Only one restaurant exists on the island at Nang Yuan Resort. Prices are significantly inflated compared to nearby Ko Tao.
Money
Entry fee is 200 baht (waived for overnight stays). Bring enough cash from Ko Tao as there are no ATMs on the island. Food costs 3-4x mainland prices.
Packing
Bring water and drinks in glass bottles from Ko Tao as plastic is banned. No need for much cash as the resort accepts cards.
Safety
Strong ocean currents are a risk. Swimming and snorkeling should only be attempted by confident water users.
Transport
Longtail boats from Ko Tao cost 600 baht return. Day trips from Ko Tao start at 250 baht. Getting around the island is only possible on foot.
