Overview
Kawazu is a small town at the mouth of the Kawazu River where it meets the Pacific coast near Shimoda. The real draw is Nanadaru Onsen, a hot spring village tucked up the valley, and the famous "seven waterfalls" (七滝 Nanadaru) that give the area its identity.
