When To Go

Gwalior has an extreme climate with winter temperatures dipping to 1°C and summer temperatures rising to 48°C. The best season to visit is pre-winter and spring, with optimal months being September to November and February to March. It is very hot from April to August, when sightseeing is inadvisable.
