Overview
El Kala is a small Algerian seaport town in El Tarf Province, positioned 90 km east of Annaba along the coast and just 16 km west of the Tunisian frontier. The town serves as the center of Algerian and Tunisian coral fisheries and has an extensive sardine curing industry.
