Overview
Dąbrowa Górnicza is a post-industrial city in the Silesian heartland, 300 m above sea level, with a population of 117,000. Its main draw is the Sztygarka Museum in a former mining school, which tells the story of coal mining, metallurgy, and the industrial boom from 1795-1990.
