Overview
Bahia de Loreto National Park is one of the most species-rich marine environments on Earth, protecting five large islands and over 2,000 km² of Sea of Cortez waters. Jacques Cousteau famously called it 'the aquarium of the world.' The park offers exceptional wildlife encounters—paddle among dolphins, approach surfacing whales, snorkel vibrant reefs, and explore dramatic underwater cliffs and canyons.
