Overview
Alonissos is the least touristed island in the Sporades, offering pristine waters declared the cleanest in the Aegean within a protected marine park. The island draws nature lovers and divers keen to spot the rare Monachus Monachus monk seal, while its traditional villages like Chora (Upper Old Town) preserve authentic Greek island life without mass tourism development.
