Overview
Wagah is the only open land crossing between India and Pakistan, drawing visitors for its daily flag raising and lowering ceremony. The beating retreat ceremony features tall members of the Indian Border Security Force and Pakistani Rangers marching in synchronized pomp, creating a patriotic atmosphere that draws crowds from both nations.
