Overview
Tokat is a city of almost 200,000 in Turkey's Central Karadeniz region, hemmed in by hills at the head of a broad fertile valley. History

Transport
Tokat's main avenue Gaziosmanpaşa Blv (GOP) is the hub for dolmuşes, buses, and taxis. Most sights are walkable in the city centre.
