Activities
Visit Sulphur Springs early morning (opens 6 AM) to avoid crowds and heat. The interpretation center with guided tours opens at 9 AM.

Prices in tourist areas are often quoted in USD, though Eastern Caribbean dollars (XCD) are the local currency at a fixed rate of approximately 2.70 XCD per USD.
Transport
Local minibuses connect Soufriere with Vieux Fort regularly; buses to Castries run less frequently with the last departure around 15:00. Taxis to Castries cost approximately 80 USD.
