Overview
Remoulins is a small Provençal town whose only real claim to fame is its proximity to the Pont du Gard, the massive Roman aqueduct added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1981. With over one million visitors annually, it is the most visited ancient site in France.

Swimming near the bridge is dangerous due to cold water and slippery rocks. Wear water shoes and never jump or dive from the structure.

Car is the most practical way to reach Remoulins and the Pont du Gard. The A9 freeway runs nearby with exit at REMOULINS.
