Overview
Raiganj is a small administrative town in Uttar Dinajpur district, West Bengal, best known for the Raiganj Wildlife Sanctuary (Kulik Bird Sanctuary) along the Kulik River. The sanctuary attracts migratory birds from South Asia and coastal regions starting in June, including open-billed storks, egrets, night herons, and cormorants.
