Pomorie is a small seaside resort town on Bulgaria's southern Black Sea coast, known for its deposits of therapeutic mud and historic salt works dating to Antiquity. With a population of about 14,000, it's the third-largest town on the Bulgarian coast after Varna and Burgas, but remains much quieter than nearby party destinations Sunny Beach and Nesebar.
