Overview
Noyemberyan is a small city of 5,500 residents perched at 800 meters above sea level in Tavush Province, Northern Armenia, close to the Azerbaijani border. It serves as a quiet base for exploring medieval monasteries and forested trails in one of Armenia's least-visited regions.
