Overview
Meersburg is a small medieval town perched on a steep hillside above Lake Constance, known for its two historic castles and prestigious vineyards. The pedestrian-only old town is divided into lower town (Unterstadt) and upper town (Oberstadt), connected by stairways and a steep street (Steigstrasse) with sweeping views across the lake to the Alps.
