Overview
Manisa is a modern industrial city in Turkey's Central Aegean region, 65 km northeast of Izmir. It offers Ottoman-era mosques, ancient ruins near the city center, and access to Mount Spil (Spil Dağı), a 1513 m peak with national park status.
