Overview
Lüleburgaz is a transit stop between Istanbul and Edirne, but its claim to tourist attention is the 16th-century Sokollu Mehmet Paşa Mosque designed by Mimar Sinan. The city is industrial and sprawling, with a population of 122,635, but the compact old center around the historic bridge offers a slower pace than the big cities.
