Private vehicle is the best way to access Lamington National Park. The Green Mountains side is reached via Canungra; the Binna Burra side is accessed via Beechmont Road. Roads are suitable for most vehicles.
Weather
Subtropical climate with high rainfall year-round. The rainforest creates its own weather—misty and cool in the forest, warmer on ridgelines. Bring rain gear regardless of season.
