Overview
Laguna Lachuá is a designated Ramsar wetland and one of Guatemala's more remote national parks, offering a pristine jungle setting around a large crystal-clear lake. Unlike crowded highland destinations, this park provides genuine solitude—perfect for swimmers who want to cool off in deep waters, campers seeking nature immersion, and hikers exploring well-marked trails through tropical forest.
