Overview
Kosciuszko National Park is Australia's highest national park and the largest in New South Wales, covering 6,900 km² of the Snowy Mountains. Unlike the sunburned stereotype of Australia, this park receives heavy alpine snowfall for about four months each year, making it the country's premier ski destination while also offering outstanding summer trekking through glacial valleys and unique alpine meadows with endemic flora found nowhere else on Earth.
