Ziraat Bank ATM near the harbour is the only bank facility in town. Turkey uses Turkish Lira (TRY).
Safety
Road spikes are liberally placed at corners in town—drive carefully. Strong currents at nearby beaches: do not swim out to rocky islets.
Transport
Kale Seyahat buses run hourly from Istanbul Bayrampaşa to Saray (2 hours), where you transfer to a dolmuş for Kıyıköy. Driving is via O-3/E80 toll road then D567.
