Kırklareli is a provincial capital in Eastern Thrace, northwestern Turkey, near the Bulgarian border. In 2021 the population was estimated at 58,223.

Buses from Istanbul Bayrampaşa (100 TL, 3.5 hours) run hourly. The bus station is central. No railway service since 1992.
