Overview
Khabarovsk is a city on the Amur River in the Russian Far East, near the Chinese border, that could easily be a highlight on the Trans-Siberian Railway. Unlike many dull cities along the route, Khabarovsk offers attractive parks, beaches, outdoor beer tents with live music, and classic architecture - especially when the weather cooperates.
