Overview
Kashiwa is a mid-sized city in Chiba Prefecture often called "Little Shibuya" for its bustling shopping district around Kashiwa Station. It's primarily a bedroom community for Tokyo workers, but draws visitors for J-League football matches at Kashiwa Reysol and its relaxed, authentic suburban Japanese atmosphere.
